beernews.org: Saint Somewhere Pay du Soleil, others get national distribution
Owner/Head Brewer, Bob Sylvester, left a note on the Beer Advocate boards today that more people will have access to the Saint Somewhere Brewing lineup thanks to a new venture:
Saint Somewhere Brewing Company of Tarpon Springs FL, has partnered with Shelton Brothers to distribute nationally. Saint Somewhere is a small batch brewer of traditionally made Belgian style ales. We use strictly Belgian malt and whole leaf hops. All ales are bottle conditioned and never filtered. We produce our own dark candi sugar, which, along with our house yeast, provides an uncompromising level of complexity.
Our current line-up is…
Saison Athene- A spiced saison with chamomile, rosemary and black pepper.
Lectio Divina- A Belgian inspired amber. This beer gets it’s color from the candi sugar, as it is made without dark or crystal malts.
Coming soon…Pays du Soliel- Amber ale with Palmetto berries and hibiscus.
All our ales receive a dose of Brettanomysis, at bottling, that will develop with age. 750ml corked and caged.
